“a process in which an effort is purposely made by ‘A’
                 to offset the efforts of ‘B’ by some form of blocking that will result in frustrating ‘B’ in attaining his/her goals or
                 furthering his/her interest.”
 
 
For conflict to occur need:
                  ...Perception of conflict
                 ... 2 or more parties in opposition
                ... 1 or more of those parties prevents the other(s) from
                   Achieving goals by blocking behavior
               ... the blocking behavior elicitis emotional response (eg. Anger)
